Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location. You can find more details during the checkout process.

Do International Orders Include Custom Duties or Tax?

We do not charge taxes or VAT outside of North America, we only charge for the shipping cost at checkout.

However, for all international orders, we are required to declare the full value of the items on the invoice to comply with customs regulations.

Any additional customs duties, taxes, VAT, or fees imposed by your country are not in our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by your local customs office, and we recommend contacting them for more information about potential costs before placing your order.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders typically shipped out within Same Day up to 3 business daysafter payment is processed. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can track it on its way to you! Delivery estimates can vary between 1 to 14 business days.We ship via Canada Post, UPS and Purolator.

Do you accept cancellations?

In-stock orders: Orders can be canceled only before the shipping label is printed. Once the shipping label is created, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.

Any cancellations will incur a 10% fee.

Presale/Preorder items: We do not accept cancellations for presale or preorder items. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do notaccept returns or exchanges on sealed productssuch as booster boxes. Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives. If there is a defect or issue with your items, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
